California Trip : Part 4 Last day pictures

The last morning of our trip we headed down to Montage beach, I think it was called.  One of the most beautiful beaches I've seen.  We wanted to try to get some pictures of the whole family together (since it doesn't happen very often!)
Here's Sophia and I.
The whole family, all 12 of us..hey we're a dozen!  The Molloy dozen- I like that one!
Chris, Aimee, Daniel, Ashlynn, Sunny and Lucy.  Cute picture of them all.
Here we are...

Me and the kids.  I love Mason's face in this one, what a cutie!
Charles and Nati with all six grandkids...they were so happy the whole trip and always had a grandkid on their laps.
The gorgeous Molloy women, I love you guys!
Sweetest picture....  goodbye California until next time

California Trip : Part 3 Beach Bonfire

On our last night, we headed down to Dana Point for some beach bonfire action.  Everyone else had the same idea so we had to "borrow" the pit for awhile from some very nice boys who were waiting on their friends.  We made the best of it, and had a hot dog roast and some good times.
Toady.
Here we all are having our fun beach fire.
Nati and I with Sunny and Lucy.  They are quite possibly the sweetest babies ever made.
Charles with Mason, Sophia and Ashlynn.  Looks like hard work to me!
We continued the bonfire at Chris and Aimee's house out on the deck for s'mores...yum!

California Trip : Part 2 Disneyland

This was big.  Our family's first trip to Disneyland.  Funny thing is, Matt and his parents had NEVER been either- being East Coasters they have been to Disney World only.  We had a great time, it was the first day where the Halloween decorations were up so that was fun to see.

Sophia and I on the Teacups ride...  I think I look about 10 in this picture.

A really cute picture of Aimee, Ashlynn and Charles.  We were on this ride during the fireworks so we got to ride it twice because everyone else was watching the show.  We were right underneath all the fireworks.  It was awesome!
I think this is cute Sunny enjoying the glow necklace.
Grandma Nati with 4 of the 6 grandkids pictured.
Mason's reaction to the fireworks.  Although he said it was the best show he's ever seen, he covered his ears the whole time...  :)

Sophia's reaction to the fireworks.  Clapping, and asking for more...  could my children be more opposite??

California Trip: Part 1

We are so sad to be home from our California trip.  We had a great time with Matt's brother Chris and his cute family.  Matt's parents also flew in and we had a reunion of sorts.  It was the first time we were all together for a few years...it had been too long.  Chris and Aimee were wonderful hosts, and we really had the time of our lives.

Chris and Ashlynn at the beach, what a daddy's girl.
One of the many times our kids were totally wiped out after an adventure.
We had a chance to go to dinner out with Chris and Aimee on a date.  They took us to this great Tepanyaki/Sushi place and then some shopping.  Funnest times!
Mason and I at Irvine Spectrum shopping center, he liked the carousel.
Ashlynn's Birthday party, opening presents with the family.
Ashlynn giving Sophia the sweetest little hug to her cousin.
Daniel, Ashlynn, and Sophia feeding the ducks at this gorgeous park I can't remember the name.  We had dinner here and the kids scooted around.
Our darling twin nieces Sunny on the left and Lucy on the right.  Chillin' in their bumbo seats at the beach.
Mason and Ashlynn at the beach playing in the sand.
Our family at the beach....we wish we were still there!

Cars for Kids 2008

Last weekend we were able to attend an awesome event as a family, hosted by our good friend Jeff.  It was Cars for Kids, to benefit Shriner's Hospital for Children.  It had three parts, brunch at La Caille (which was amazing!)  then a drive to Shriners Hospital where we donated toys to all the patients and visited with them.  The patients were able to sit in the cars, and have their pictures taken.  Then there was a lap around the racetrack at Miller Autosports track (we didn't attend due to naps)  What a fun day, the best part was how much our kids got out of giving. Mason had a great time meeting some of the kids, and he still talks about it.  I think he understood so well the message of the day.  Can't wait for next year, a truly great event!

Mason and Matt at La Caille.
Some of the cars at Shriners.
Mason looking in the window waiting for the kids to come out.  Sophia's just runnin' around.
Yes, Ferrari...little does he know- he just thought the little horsie was cute.

The drive to the hospital, pretty fun!
Carrying in the toys as a group.

My little man...love that guy!

Just a little dedication to my guy Mason.  He is growing up to be such a great little person.  I love how he thinks of others, and tries to make friends with everyone.  He always wakes up with a smile, I wish I could say the same for myself :)  Thanks for being you Mason.

Some pictures of us goofing around while we were waiting for the babysitter this weekend.

Fun on the Farm!

Today we headed to Thanksgiving point farm country to check out the animals and have some fun in the beautiful fall weather.  It was a gorgeous 72 degrees, and not a cloud in the sky.  Amazing!  Thanks for coming along Tanya, John Luke and Callie!

Here's Mason and Sophia.  One of my favorite photo spots.

Total buds since infancy...  Funny little story about these two today.  We were eating lunch, and Mason says to John Luke, "You know we are best friends."  John Luke says "yeah"  Just such a little man conversation.
Let's get on the wagon for some fun!!!
Callie and Tanya, sweet picture I thought.

Two monkeys in jail.

These are the "bad boy" faces they were putting on because they were in jail.  YIKES!  This is a pretend jail- right???

Crazy tub hairdos

Just some cute ones of the kids with shampoo-dos.  I know this will soon be a thing of the past...as they grow older.

Sophia wants to go with Mason to school...

What a crack-up this girl is.  This morning she had to go get her backpack on just like Mason.  "I go school."  Mason was so cute with her, helping her out with her backpack.

She wanted to stay in the classroom with Mason, but I was able to get her out of the building with the promise I would take her picture on the same rock as Mason.  What a cutie!
